Physaria acutifolia

Double Bladderpod

Type:
Location: Lower-Foothills, Upper-Foothills
Flower Color: Yellow
Fall Color: Not Available
Time of Interest: March, April, May, June
Description:

One of the earliest bloomers in the Durango area. I've seen these flowering during a warm, dry January. Beautiful blue foilage and alien-like seed pods make this an interesting plant. It keeps its leaves year round, and provides interest in any month.
